    • Unlimited planning consultations

    • Unlimited support via email, for any and all of your musings

    • Organisation and sourcing of all planning elements

    • Preparation of a detailed budget estimate, and management throughout

    • Access to our shared Google drive/sheets, including customised planning timeline & checklists

    • A detailed design meeting to discuss your vision and budget

    • Design concept

    • Comprehensive design proposal, including Ceremony & Reception layout brief, Tablescape layout brief

    • Organisation and sourcing of all design elements

    • Logistics & Design consultation at your venue

    • Vendor management & point of contact

    • Creation of event brief, including a detailed run sheet, floor & seating plans, and all other key information required

    • Up to 12 hours of coordination on the day

    • Assistant stylist to support setup

    • Bump-in & bump-out management

    • Three planning meetings

    • Unlimited support via email, for any and all of your musings

    • Organisation and sourcing of limited planning elements (venue, photographer & videographer must already be booked)

    • Venue/ Location site visit

    • A detailed design meeting to discuss your vision and budget

    • Design concept

It’s also the perfect time to see if we’re the right fit to bring your day to life.

    Proposal & Booking

    After our call, we’ll create a personalised proposal that reflects your vision and everything we discussed. Once you’re ready, a signed agreement and booking deposit will secure your date in our calendar — the first exciting step in your wedding planning journey with us.

    Your Journey Begins

    With your booking confirmed, you’ll receive a beautifully curated welcome pack — filled with tailored timelines, checklists, and all the essentials you need for a smooth, joy-filled planning experience. From those very first details to the moment you say ‘I do’, we’ll be right there beside you.
